15/16 days of stims

Hi all, can anyone who’s stimmed for 15/16 days let me know how it all turned out please 🙏

I’m usually a 12/13 days kinda gal but this particular cycle things seem to be progressing slowly & I’m worried that many days of stims is going to fry my eggs!

My first two rounds I stimmed for 15 days each as my follicles were taking forever to respond and they kept upping the meds. First round we got 9 eggs, had an issue with my OH's sample and got 3 blasts but 2nd round 5 eggs and all to blast - I have a daughter from that and frosties so it certainly didn't fry my eggs In fact I just did what was meant to be a banking round and only stimmed for 10 days and I got one egg and now really regret not going for longer like the previous two. But who knows it could have just been a bad round. Wishing you best of luck!

Thank you for your reply. Good to hear that 15 days isn’t massively unusual & that no egg frying was involved!

I stimmed for 14 days , did trigger on day 14 and egg collection day 16 - we got a good result (16 eggs) and PGT-A showed healthy embryos I’m pretty sure previous rounds we’re similar length-wise.

Hi all of my rounds I stimmed for longer than 16 days on all of my cycles, had success on my 3rd one.
