hi all, after a failed transfer and how badly I reacted to ivf I finally moved to IUI and was on letrozole for 5 days, scanned at day 10 and had a leading follicle at 20mm, 2 at 11 and 1 at 7 lining was great as well. I then triggered that morning (10am) at the dr’s rooms. Around 8pm I could actually feel like I’m ovulating which has been my worry since because Iv been monitoring my cycles & bbt and it felt quit wet down there. Told the dr the next morning but he said it could be the cm before the egg comes out( I really hope so).
Did my IUI at the clinic the next morning at 10:45 so would have been 24hrs later. I wasn’t scanned to check if Iv already ovulated that morning but can’t help but wonder if it is possible to ovulate before 24hrs as most of the papers Iv read says Iui can be done between 24-36 hours. I came across 1 paper that says you can ovulate in 12 hrs and thought Il check if anyone has an experience/advise.
I’m currently on day 11piui and till day 8 I was just testing my trigger and it looks like it is out of the system. I know my OTD is on day 14 but how soon can you test for IUI? This waiting is too much for me than the 2ww of IVF. Iv been keeping busy but now feeling like I can’t even focus. 2days ago I had terrible back pain and cramps which have since subsided.
