Clomid and unexplained infertility

Hi, just wondering if anyone has been prescribed Clomid with unexplained infertility and had a bfp from it? I’ve been trying for 5 years I already have a 5 year old son so am not eligible for IVF, I had one round of IVF privately which ended in a chemical pregnancy and since then I have been prescribed Clomid from the nhs

HiSo we had unexplained infertility and I was prescribed clomid on the NHS . I did 2 rounds of 4 months on it. The first month of the 1st round it didn't work at all and my dose was increased and then it worked well. I did fall pregnant on 2nd round third month but had an early miscarriage. I had terrible mood swings on the second round and didn't feel myself at all and ot just wasnt working. When I mentioned this I was swapped to letrazole. I took one month back in Septemeber 2022 but couldn't get an ultrasound appointment to see If they were working properly but we are now expecting 29th June 2023.
