Needles for lubion

Hi,

I've been prescribed lubion to support my upcoming FET and have managed to find it at Asda for the best price, but I need to source needles separately. Can anyone remind me which size needles I need? I remember there were two but can't remember which ones.

I had the same problem asda gave me the Lubion but no needles or syringes. These are what I bought of Amazon and are working fine obviously had to buy the syringe too x

Ask your clinic, they will give it to you for free. 😊

Thanks, but my clinic is a 45 minute drive away so it's easier just to order online. I don't need to go to the clinic until day 12 so don't need to go before I start meds.

I had this problem as I was expecting the lubion to just come with needles when I collected from Asda. I rang my clinic in a panic and they just gave me a bag of needles, they hold onto the unused ones that people return at the end of treatment for this reason. So I would give your clinic a call and say you've run out of needles hopefully they do the same as mine x

I used 30g (yellow) and bought from several places-Medisave, UKMedi, and Amazon. BD are the leading brand but there are plenty others. Just make sure you get the short ones (0.5inch). Xx

My clinic charges for them so was surprised to see others saying their's give them for free. You can go to any pharmacy and they will tell you what size you need and sell them to you.

For lubion needles, medisave is definitely the cheapest I've found. I got my first syringe pack from Fertility2U but like you then moved over to asda for the rest of my prescriptions. I just replicated what needles I got from my initial fertility2u syringe pack. Buying a box of 100 is the best thing to do as you'll be doing lots of injections if you get a BFP.

Below are the needles I used for lubion:

-BD Microlance Needles 26G x 13mm - Brown

Pack of 100 307727

-Emerald 2ml Hypodermic Syringe 3 piece without needle luer slip concentric x100

-BD Microlance 3 Needles Green 21g x 2 Inch x100
