extra Clexane not taking

I have been taken off Clexane due to bleeding but I have 14 x 40mg left that haven’t been used does anyone know what I can do with them seems a shame to just bin them!

Are you not keeping them for the next round? They are normally good for another year. I need Clexane, I just stocked up for 2 more weeks at the weekend otherwise I would take them up from you. They are quite expensive on private prescription.

I would take them back to your clinic or local chemist if you are sure you don’t need them again in the future 🤗 xx
