8dp5dt spotting and cramps

So the wait is actually going quite fast I’ve not been struggling too much until today, I had period type cramps last night but I’ve had that on my negative and positive transfers before. However today they have got quite strong and I’m having brown spotting when I wipe, it’s quite light and watery. I also just feel the same as before my period starts and it would be due around now, low and achy.

My progesterone was low day before transfer so I do think this my period starting unfortunately. I’m on x3 cyclogest & x1 lubion a day. I take pessaries back door so not that. Any experiences like this?

Incredibly unhelpfully, I had this with both positive and negative outcomes.

I’m currently pregnant and spotted from bfp at about 8dp5dt until about 8 weeks and had cramps for a couple of days before otd. So this may not be bad news for you either! I get brown spotting before my period too so was convinced I was out.

I also had similar brown spotting in my chemical round and spotting then bleeding in my bfn rounds.

The only way to know is really just to test. I shall keep my fingers crossed for you.

Thanks for your reply. Congratulations on your pregnancy. It’s difficult isn’t it, each cycle is different. I think it’s because the cramps are quite strong and my period is due it’s making me sure it’s that. Last time I did have a lot of brown discharge but not until later, after a positive test and I only had mild cramps. I will see how it goes tomorrow, it feels like I could start bleeding properly any moment tbh, so will test on Monday I think! I was coasting along until now but should have known it’s never bloody easy in this game x
