Heavy bleeding/period

Hi all, so supposed to test tomorrow but have been bleeding like a period for the last couple of days, quite heavy but bit watery because of all the pessery stuff too.....sorry for tmi. Thinking will be BFN after this, not sure how to feel, and not sure why I' writing this but want to see if anyone has positive stories after period type bleeding. Clinic says to carry on pesseries till test day tomorrow. Also had pain which thought was constepation yesterday and night before but might have been something pushing on that bit of me...aren't bodies wierd.

Anyway hope all 2ww buddies are doing as ok as they can this week and again curious to hear your thoughts.

When I bled heavily in the 2 ww I was not pregnant but I did read a story where one lady had heavy bleeding and was still pregnant. I have also read with twins you are more likely to bleed. I have had some light bleeding on and off during this 2 ww and I am really not sure what to make of it as I keep feeling as though I am on the verge of getting my period but then it goes away.
