Prednisolone and insomnia

Hi all, I'm half way through my 2ww and the most stressful thing is that the prednisolone I'm on is stopping me sleeping. I get to sleep ok, but I'm waking up 3 or 4 times in the night and struggling to get back to sleep. I'm averaging about 6hrs sleep a night. I'm taking 20mg. I take them all in the morning with breakfast as directed. Any thoughts on how to get a better night's sleep??

I'm not sleeping either, but it's the progesterone for me - always does it.

The cycle I did with prednisolone, I was also on 2mg of melatonin, and that seemed to work.

Hey dear , can I ask how long before 2ww you started on prednisolone ? Please

I'm not the OP, but I started my prednisone on cycle day 1. I also had trouble sleeping for the first few days.
