Bcp for fet?!

Hi all, I've been on the bcp since beginning of January with no break planning for a fet around the 10th march. I started however with some spotting last week which is now quite a continuous flow, not exactly full but probably a day 1 flow.

Does anyone know if this could ruin my cycle or should I keep going with my pill until the 14th and see what happens after the estrofem and day 10 scan?!

I asked the clinic and they said as long as it's not too heavy but I'm not sure how heavy is heavy?!?

Any advice would be great,
