Cycle day 19

Today I am cycle day 19. My last period was 16th January. My ovulation week was the 25th-31st January and we had sex ok the 22nd and 29th January. Today I had really bad lower abdo cramps and lower back pain, had to run to the toilet, had a couple of bowel movements. Feel a bit better now apart from on and off lower abdo cramps and lower back pain and a bit nauseous. Is this more likely to be a viral bug than anything? Thanks

Really hard to say but lower back pain was a pregnancy symptom for me. Why not do a first response test? Good luck!

Hey, most likely to be an upset tummy. Hope you're feeling better now. If your next period doesn't arrive when due, take a test x
