Sorry this is a bit tmi and I’m a bit embarrassed asking this, but it’s driving me crazy. Today when I went to go number 2, I had to strain a little. I tried not too and just intermittently strain. Do you think that will effect the transfer? Today is my day 5 after transfer.
Also asides from very mild period symptoms, lower back pain, mild cramps here and there I haven’t felt any different? Is that normal?

Obviously I’m not an expert but I’ve never read anything about adverse effects from this before. Is there anything you could try adding to your diet that might help make your bowel movements a little easier? Save you stressing about this issue. It’s awful how all consuming it is xx
I’ve been drinking lots of water and avocado. The only thing I forgot was to have my Greek yogurt this morning and that usually helps. So won’t forget that tomorrow
Thank you Diane! I got so scared I couldn’t even finish going 😂 TMI I know but I can’t but laugh how this process literally makes you feel insane and unfiltered.
Lol funny isn’t it. But Thank you for the reassurance!
You'll be fine with the straining at this point hun, don't worry too much. If all goes well, the extra progesterone will make things worse (even if you're taking extra progesterone now). Keep drinking lots of water, it's great for implantation as well.
As for symptoms, I had none before my bfp, and only cramps until 6 weeks, which was when tiredness, morning sickness and sore boobs hit. But even then they were all a bit intermittent to begin with. Fingers crossed for you xx
Thank you, that makes me feel much better. I was getting worried not feeling many symptoms, but then I would be probably worried if I was getting them as well.
I was exactly like this from the day after my et for about 3-4 days and wondered the same. I upped my leafy green veg (even at brekkie as eat lots anyway and was only meal I could add it too 🤣) and it ‘passed’ 🤭 but I’d say I’m still not completely normal for me. I’m now on day 10? I wondered if it was the pessaries??
