hi please can someone advise if I should be taking a probiotic supplement before frozen embryo transfer and if it worked for them? Thank you in advance x

I took probiotic during my last FET and it was successful. I decided to take it after reading someone post that the consultant recommended it for her during one of her cycle

I took garden of life initially orally and later Canesflor probiotics vaginal use prior to transfer and stops one or two days before transfer. I hope it helps and sending you all the best wishes xxx
