Follicles are growing slowly

Hello, I went for my followup scan today and the doctor said my follicles are growing slowly i should continue with the injections.Today is my day 8 stim.

Please advise what can i do to make them grow fast?Im already eating alot of proteins,veggies and fruits,also doing Yoga.Is there any thing to add?

Still early days - just keep doing taking your injections as directed and hopefully there will be an increase in size at your next scan

don’t worry, it took 16 days of stims for mine to get there, you have plenty of time to go.

Just eat well, walk a bit and stay hydrated - you’re doing a great job already x

Hi helodie ,after 16 days of stim did you have a fresh transfer or frozen?

It is pretty normal and not much for you to do if you are in a normal weight. For me it was the same. It took like 15 days of stims and then suddenly from one day to the next I went from "2 follicles are growing" to "now it is too many, you have over 30". I have PCOS, and it took a while. Basically it is just waiting to see how you react.

Hey

I did castor oil pack and it helped but you should be careful doing it on last days begore trigger. And normally its not heard or believed by science doctors so obviously I did it by my own discretion as I was familiar and done it many times before during normall cycle days.
