It is my first time doing IVF. I went for ET on 7th Nov and was given 2w hospitalization leave but it feels scary not knowing if it will be a BFP in 2w. I do not know anyone else doing IVF so I have no one to speak to about it except here. Dr said to relax and not do work during my leave but I can't seem to relax and I also worry if I am doing anything or eating anything that can jeopardise the ET. May I ask what do the rest of you do to survive the 2w? So far 3 days have passed but it felt like 3 years..

Scary 2ww
I feel your pain! I am on 3DP5PT too. I’ve been going for little 20 min walks so blood flow is good for the embryo. Eating healthy meals. Drinking some pomegranate juice and eating a little pineapple.
I’m going crazy too! 🙈
Good luck 🤞🏼 xx
Drink plenty of water, eat healthy and try to find things to keep your mind busy like binge watching a TV series, starting a new book, try a new hobby or craft and plan little treats for yourself like a day out or fancy meal etc. For me jewellery making helped as it was fiddly so while I was doing my mind was focused and I wasn't thinking about IVF at all. Good luck 👍
hello I have had 5 2wws and the first ones I was tip toeing around worried about every single thing I ate, drank how I sat or moved. Then by the third 2ww I started to relax much more. This last one that resulted in a pregnancy I walked everyday. I ate whatever I wanted drank lots of water and just got on with life. The only thing I stayed away from was alcohol and I cut back on caffeine to one weak cup a day. I had ice cream, went out for supper. Read books watched movies. Didn’t lift anything heavy but just got on with life. Good luck to you xxx
