Previous cycles are a bit of a blur. This time I've had cramping the day of ET and mild cramping since on and off. I don't recall cramping after transfer in my last two rounds. Anyone else had this? It now comes and goes.
First cycle I had bad af type pains 8dpt5dt, BFN.
Second cycle mild af pains 5dp5pt. Bfp.
Even though my progesterone was tested on 12/3 was 778 I didnt feel a thing which is why I wanted it tested to make sure it was high enough. I was told to reduce my pessaries since. Only since doing so am I now feeling anything. I have had slightly sore boobs. Nothing major though. Im unashamedly symptom spotting. The 2ww sends you there!
Anyone else had cramping immediately after ET? Not sure if it's a result of the actual procedure or if it's implantation. Think this 2ww is going to send me loopy. As per all previous cycles, I'm already convinced it's failed. Don't know if that's a self preservation thing.

Hi Jessy. I've been trying to symptom spot too (4dp5dt). I did have cramping on day 2 this cycle. Not sure what it's to do with. Can't remember if I had it any of the other times. I wish I'd marked down my symptoms, especially for the cycle I got a bfp. No cramping now. I have no idea which symptoms would actually be symptoms, which relate to the drugs, and which are in my mind!! Unfortunately, it's just a waiting game.
It's a killer of a wait. I know I definitely had mild af pains 5dp5pt last time and right up to otd I was still convinced it had failed and got a bfp. Wish we could see what was going on in there x
Hi Jessy. Cramping might just be down to your womb settling back down after being manipulated. Just have a rest when you can and hopefully all will settle down. Good luck! Diane
Hi yes I had cramping immediately when the embryos were transferred. I said to my doctor and he said that’s great your having a good response. Cramped after that too when I got home. Worried it was period coming turns out it wasn’t. 4dpt I got a strong positive. Implantation must have been quicker than last time. All the best for your test day. 😊 sounds like mine. Xo
Thank you so much for your response. I pray that's the case. Did you have any other symptoms? I'm now 3dpt5dt and I feel nothing. I've woken this morning feeling really down wondering if this is another failure x
Hi no other symptoms I was getting really worried that it hadn’t worked as it did the first time but that one ended in a mmc at 9 weeks. I was always 2 or 3 days behind on a scan and could have told you I had every symptom. But this time nothing until 5 weeks. Very weird. You don’t have long to wait to test xo
I’m sorry to hear that but with my second transfer to give you some hope resulted in carrying my little boy who is now just over 23 weeks now due in July. I like you felt after this transfer that things hadn’t worked. I’ve had so many set backs 4 misscariages and 1 ectopic. I thought after my 1st transfer ending in another misscariage this would just be me now putting them in and waiting to misscarry every time. But this time things were different so be positive I know it’s hard . Xo
I think the cramping is just a response to the transfer. I know it's hard but try not to symptom spot because you really can't tell, any symptoms can be due either to pregnancy or the meds etc x
