Advice for FET

Hi I’m about to start DR for my FET. I remember drinking full fat milk and eating pineapple for my last cycle when I was on stims, but I’ve never done a FET before. Is there any advice re foods/drink to have? Thanks

Hey,There's no different advice from a fresh stomach round to a FET but in my experience it was definitely easier on the body!

I tried to drink lots of water and fruit and veg to keep healthy as I could but the odd treat won't hurt. You are not trying to grow little follicles this time but still want a nice lining which I found pomegranate juice helped with.

It's easy to forget the details of what you do to prepare! The nice thing about a FET is all your hard work in getting those eggs ready has already been done so this time it's just focusing on creating a nice environment for the embryo to be transfered into. Good luck 🙂
