so…..I went for my lining scan this morning and that is measuring 8.1mm which is absolutely fine. However, I am also measuring a 12mm follicle. Has anyone had this before and being able to go ahead. Guess it’s a waiting game now for the bloods to come back but wondered if anyone has had similar?

Hi Hope. Oh dear! More of a nuisance than anything serious. It might need to be drained before carrying on with a cycle. Keeping my fingers crossed the cycle can go ahead. Diane

Thank you Diane, I got a phone call this afternoon and my progesterone levels were low enough to go ahead so the transfer is all booked in for next Thursday 😀

yeah I’ve had this a few times follicles 10-12mm but hormones have always been fine with blood test so they are comfortable it is one’s left over from previous month or an empty follicle. They said it’s pretty common and phine me later to tell me when to start pessaries etc xx
