Cyst found at baseline scan

Hello, I just got back from my FET baseline scan. They found a cyst on my left ovary, which is where I ovulated apparently. The doctor reassured me that this is quite common after ovulation but I need to go back on day 1 of my menstrual cycle to make sure it’s gone to commence my FET cycle.

Has anyone experienced anything similar? Was the FET cycle cancelled or did the cyst disappear on day 1 as the doctor suggested? Wondering if this is actually common. Grateful for any similar stories + outcomes xx
