Heart burn and acidity problem… any remedy

hello gorgeous,

i am struggling a lot with acidity, causing nausea. I cannot stand gaviscon. I am eating small portions, avoiding spices. Can I take Pukka organic herbal tea- fennel one. Or any other remdy 🥺🥺

oh no it will pass these are all good signs. I would suggest cold milk and fennel tea should be fine as long as its caffine free x also try not to eat close to your bedtime ake care

depends on how many weeks you ar. I can’t remember when/if fennel is allowed. I bought dandelion tea before 12 weeks to try and calm the sickness. I had terrible acid reflux towards the end of my second trimester to the end of the pregnancy. What I can tell you is yes, my baby had hair and yes! It disappeared after birth. I actually had bad acid reflux before and that had entirely gone too.

My acid was so bad during pregnancy, I was prescribed Oneprazole to take daily which was brilliant, it took it almost completely away immediately. Talk to your midwife or GP. The heartburn disappeared as soon as the baby was born.
