has anyone done a repeat ERA test for second IVF pregnancy?

Hi everyone, we have been through a long journey and we’re finally lucky enough to have a baby boy last year (2021) after we conducted an ERA test in early 2020 that showed I was pre receptive. This seemed to be the missing link for us. I have recently just done a FET cycle using a 4AA embryo based on the same protocol however it hasn’t worked. Does anyone know if we should redo the ERA test or should we try again with another frozen 4AA that we have?

Hello Sarah, i have the same problem. the doctor said it is a bad luck (but i am not sure of that)

how are you going Hidden have you had your transfer yet? I am due to have a scan on Monday as my doctor also put me on another FET round. Would love to hear how you’re going.

hi Sarahftp sorry for the late reply.

my cycle was canceled due to the triple layer in the endometer has gone. so he was late giving me progesterone.

hope that your cycle will be successful

Ask your Dr if he can suggest anything else and does he think it it worthwhile repeating the ERA Test

Hi Janet, he didn’t think we needed to repeat the test but my gut feeling is maybe we should!

I’m about to repeat the Emma and Alice bit, your receptivity window doesn’t change as far as I understand it. I have issues with bacteria so I’m about to have my 5th biopsy but if your Emma and Alice came back all clear and you have no reason to think that has changed (ie a surgery or something like that) it might be worth trying another transfer.
