Been getting cramping so using hot water bottles - anyone in the same boat?

I hope your okay.

I’m not in the same boat but I wanted to advice I were told to stay away from putting hot water bottles on your belly after you have had a transfer. Maybe different in your situation but I was told only to use hot water bottles when doing stims ready for egg collection. I would double check with your clinic if it’s safe.

I have always been told the same, no hot water bottles or baths and no ibuprofen just paracetamol. Hopefully the cramping is a good sign of the embryo implanting 🤗🤞🏽 Xxx

hi,I woudnt use the hot water bottles as your temperature will go up,no hot baths etc either I was advised by my clinic,good luck 🤞
