Weight loss on Progynova?

Hi

I've being taken Progynova for around a month now. I also had my ET on 10.07.18.

Over the past few weeks my weight has being skowly dropping, which isn't like me as I've always had to stick strictly to the Slimming World plan. Has anyone else experienced weight loss taking this medication? Or is it that Cyclogest im taking thats causing the weight loss? X

Oh gee whizz, lucky you! Im the opposite on progynova and progesterone, hello weight gain and fluid retention! Are the drugs maybe making you lose your appetite? Some of the girls on here said progynova made them feel pretty rough so maybe you are just eating differently? Anyhow, if it was me I'd be celebrating.....losing weight without being super strict is an absolute bonus in my eyes!! Good luck for test day!xx

Im using really strict on the slimming world diet. I don't even have many syns. But since I've being on all this medication I've felt rough, tired, hormonal and had a constant hangover feeling. So I've being eating more treat foods to cheer me up!! Im so surprised im losing weight lol x

Im exactly the same im not loosing it fast just ever so slightly also feel like ive been hit in the back of the head with something, im drinking lots of water the headache is unbearable 🤯.... how are you feeling i cant belive its been 2 days since transfer 💖Xx

Hi Rachael. For weeks now I've felt shite lol. Like having a constant hangover with raging hormones added to it. So how I've lost weight, I'll never know as ive being eating naughty treats to cheer myself up haha.

I think little embie is still inside. Would i know if it came out?? Sounds blunt asking, but I don't know lol x 🤔

I was terrified in having a wee after the transfer incase it fell out 🤪 i know full well it wouldnt i think these things just creep into our heads .... little embie should be digging in by now and getting comfortable 💖🤞🏻Xx

I know. Everytime i wipe myself im anxiously hoping its clear and not red.

I wonder how many people going through IVf actually end up calling their baby Embie when its born. Cause thats all we call it and actually quite like the name 😂😂

Haha consider yourself lucky. I have been gaining a lot of weight ever since my IVF journey started. I have just been on progynova for a week and getting a lot of hot flushes 😣. I would still do anything for my little embie though... Best of luck xx

When i was on the Buserelin i gained weight and felt shocking. But since ive stopped that and just had the progynova , ive strangley lost weight. Like u say, its all irrelevant really and doesnt matter if its a gain or loss, as long as these little embies stay on board . All the best to you xx
