Sorry totally new to this. Its my first pregnancy 6w+2d after our first attempt at IVF so aware how lucky we have been.
Yesterday I felt really weird, faint like and not really with it for about an hour. I felt quesy most of the day. My boobs have stopped hurting since (they have been sore constantly throughout so far) and have had a dull constant period like pain in my lower tummy for last 12 hours. Again, not felt this pain throughout, only twinges. The sickness feeling also stopped last night.
No blood yet but know that this can take a couple of days if it is a miscarriage. I did have like a white, wet discharge, different to the discharge from the utrogestan.
Its the weirdest thing to say, but I don't feel pregnant anymore. I've gone down a google wormhole which hasn't helped.
Any advice or hope

Hi there, it's so hard when you just don't know what's going on inside you isn't it. Do you have an early scan booked or have you spoken to your clinic about it? Of course only you know how you feel but there are lots of posts here about symptoms coming and going so fingers tightly crossed that everything is still ok!
Thank you. I had a scan booked for early November, but have called the clinic and they can see me Thursday for a scan. Maybe too early for full reassurance but fingers and toes crossed
I am so sorry you feel like this, I think around the six week mark is one of the first 'worrying' bits of pregnancy (sorry to say there are a lot of worrying times!) as it feels ages since your BFP but forever to a scan.
The one thing I would say is that often those early symptoms are actually the drugs rather than the pregnancy itself. I know there are always people on this forum who are nauseous from 4dpt etc., but the reality is most of us don't really have strong symptoms until our HCG is a lot higher around the 8 week mark. What tends to happen is that your body starts to get used to some of the drugs you are on so often the 'symptoms' are less marked. Its not always the case but it can happen. In addition if they are pregnancy symptoms they can come and go as well. I posted at 7+5 in a RIGHT panic as I had been nauseous etc one day and the next day EVERYTHING was gone, even more boobs felt fine... well scan at 9 weeks showed baby was still in there and some days symptoms are stronger than others.
You are in good company in that a lot of us panic daily (me!) and spend far too much time on google. Last night I had a meltdown because my resting heart rate had dropped and it appears to be a sign of miscarriage if you google hard enough and I literally didn't sleep a wink. Still panicked this morning. I have miscarried a number of times before and sometimes I have had super strong symptoms but had a missed miscarriage so its not always been there is a correlation.
There is another group called Fertility Network - Pregnancy Support and you will find a load of people on there posting very similar posts and all is fine. So if you are looking for reassurance then definitely join that group. Obviously I can't 100% guarantee all is fine, but I just wanted to say it can all be very normal as well. Good luck xx
