I’m meant to be 5 weeks pregnant today, and I’ve always had on and off cramping from transfer like a dull period pain but tried to not think to much into it.
I’ve just been to the toilet and when I’ve wiped I’m bleeding and it’s very red.
I don’t even know what to think as this has never happened, is this a miscarriage? I’m gutted.
Hi there, so sorry you're going through this stress at what should be a positive time. If I were you I'd call both my clinic and my EPU and see if either of them can offer advice, whether they are prepared to consider progesterone levels or whether they may offer you a scan slightly earlier than your viability scan etc. Really hope all is well! It’s bright red, no clots and only when I wipe upto now. I’ve had cramps all day / night too x
Oh don't lose your hopes...I had spotting since day 5 post transfer, it was bright red from the beginning after that turned a bit brown. I also had cramps just like period and was really scared to death, I called even the clinic at 9-10pm 😬. My advice will definitely be to check your progesterone in case is too low. I also increased mine and the spotting stoped shortly after. Now I have 9 months old twins 😃. Stay positive 🥰❤️
That’s so lovely to hear thank you! Last time I went to the toilet there was nothing when I wiped but still got cramps. The wait is terrible I’m not being scanned until Wednesday I just feel like I’ve lost my head abit!

I was spotting bright red until the end of week 7. Now week 10 and all is good! Pessaries don't have to be vaginal, just stick to your meds and try to take your mind of it. Sending hugs 💕
