So we are now 7 days post transfer and I'm slowly going out my mind trying to keep away from the tests. Actually so glad it's Monday and back to work keeping me busy.
Since transfer I've had lower back ache and headache everyday. Although putting the headache down to not drinking coffee now. Daughter got covid but luckily managed to dodge that 🙏🏻.
Today I've had light brown spotting all day when I wipe and period pains, what feels like my period is coming and the lower back ache has been intense today. Praying its not my period as would like to actually get to test say this time. I'm on 3x 400mg cyclogest so hoping some of the symptoms are from this.
Roll on Saturday, it's going to be a long week. Good luck to anyone else on the 2WW! xx

In a similar position! My OTD is Wednesday but I am getting some cramp-like feelings as if my period is about to start. I have been going quietly insane for the last two days knowing it's either all over or not but I can't really test until tomorrow and I really don't want to either as there is nothing more upsetting than getting a negative on OTD. Also worried as if it is a negative I am going straight in to another cycle but hoping that my egg collection can avoid the bank holiday weekend as we have not had a holiday this year yet due to all this IVF stuff being planned and nor wanting to mess any of the dates up and finally have a lovely long weekend booked for the bank holiday at the end of August in England! I will pray that yours works out for you and work is distracting enough in the meantime! All the best! Xx
It's hard isn't it this 2ww. Fingers crossed you get your BFP! I really hope you get the break away aswell, long time coming by sounds of it. Yesterday I had brown spotting, today I have red blood which feels like my period as I would have been due tomorrow ☹️ also got bellyache and backache again today. Trying to stay a little positive until test day but it's so hard. Xx
Really hope this is just random bleeding. Don't forget some people get pregnant and still somehow get their periods so will definitely be praying you get BFP anyway. If mine is a BFN then it is definitely a large glass of wine, a ton of chocolate, an ice cream and some cheese you can't have in pregnancy for me that evening!!! If I can't have the joy of a positive pregnancy test, at least I will be fat, happy and most probably drunk not having drunk anything for ages!
The bleeding so far this morning has been on and off and only when I wipe just hoping and praying its not over yet. Just constantly googling the same thing even though I'm getting the same answers 🙈 I think I will test Friday because I'd rather be prepared for the outcome Saturday if that makes sense. Expect the worst and hope for the best. I just want that little sibling for my nearly 4 year old and this journey for the 2nd has been insane compared to our journey creating her. Just also want to be able to close the door on IVF because I don't know how much more my body will take. I know we are extremely lucky to have 1 child and count our blessings with her but secondry infertility doesn't get any easier. Defo with you on the alcohol and chocolate 🍫 Is your test day tomorrow or next week Wednesday? Fingers crossed for you xx
It's tomorrow! Thank you! It's so hard all of this. I wouldn't still be pursuing IVF if I hadn't lost my first baby to a MMC and never been able to have a child since. I am running out of time now though. If it is BFN then I will be doing one more IVF as soon as my period starts and then if that is BFN I will leave this phase of my life behind and just have to get on with my life as it is. Oh totally understand the torture. I'm 9dt3dt and tested this morning which was negative. It's what I expected to be honest as I've had very few symptoms but still feeling pretty gutted. My OTD is Thursday but I'd be very surprised if anything changes. Sending love and hope you get some good news later in the week xx
Pray your test on Thursday is positive. Back in 2018 I tested on a Saturday and it was negative and got a positive on my otd that Tuesday so fingers crossed for you xx.I've got red blood today which feels like my period ☹️ and just feel really crappy this morning with bellyache/backache. Oh sorry to hear that, it's so hard to know isn't it? I've had two BFP's before (one ended in a missed miscarriage) and those cycles I was pretty sure they had worked, whereas this one I have been pretty sure it hasn't. Trying to stay hopeful but to be honest I forgot how gruelling this process was and am feeling ready for some closure. Thinking of you and praying the bleeding is implantation rather than period xx
