So I think I’m 3DP5DT (I had the transfer on Sunday) is that right?
For the first few days I was having cramps so I was like omg it’s definitely implantation if I’m cramping like this!
Today, nothing! Well not nothing, my backs aching but I’m pretty sure that’s because I’ve been sat funny.
Im not crying and feeling like an emotional wreck because I don’t think it’s worked. Surely I’d feel something?! Anything?! I just feel normal! Apart from sore nipples which were there before the transfer 😫
I know I’m going mad because I’m not even a week into the TWW but I was hoping I’d have some symptoms, any symptoms! But I just feel normal (apart from the sobbing that’s currently happening!)
Sorry for the rant, it’s been a few years since we tried naturally so I haven’t had a TWW for a long time

I had two BFPs after fresh transfers - first one I had loads of symptoms, second one nothing. They both ended before 6 weeks so the symptoms or lack of didn't really mean anything in terms of success. Then on my FET I had absolutely no recognisable pregnancy symptoms during the 2ww, just the same things that I'd been having from the meds before transfer and I was convinced it hadn't taken and/or when I got another BFP that it wouldn't last. It was only really from 5 or 6 weeks that I got symptoms and when they hit I really knew about it! My HCG was really high from early on too so you can have no symptoms and a strong little bean. I know how nerve wracking it is though. Best of luck ☘️
I’m so sorry for your losses. I just hoped I’d feel something, anything. I’ve had a few twinges since but it’s probably the progesterone. I have a blood test on the 20th at my clinic to check. I’ve been told I can do an at home test on the 23rd but I really can’t bear to see another negative so I’ll just rely on the blood test. Thank you lovely xx
After a fresh egg collection the next week or so the ovaries are shrinking back to size which can often cause cramping. Typically during the 2ww any symptoms you do get are caused as much by the progesterone as they are by any pregnancy. You literally can't read into anything as your body is so pumped full of drugs. I have seen so many people in here like Mrs Orangejuice who had zero symptoms and had a BFP and a successful pregnancy, and yet so many people who are CONVINCED they are pregnant and turns out they are not. Honestly you literally can't second guess anything. You just have to be super patient which I know is so hard. Google the 8 stages of the two week wait and you will see what chaos lies ahead! Good luck xx
Hi ziggy ,my last 2 transfers ( positive but sadly ended in miscarriage ) I had no symptoms apart from probably weeing a bit more but other than that nothing so don’t think because you don’t have them that it’s not going to be positive . Stay strong and I’d say just try and relax and keep your mind busy .
My successful round my only symptom was sore nipples, the unsuccessful one I had more cramping. It can literally go either way with any symptoms so as hard as it is try not to symptom spot! xx
I think I had more "symptoms" on my failed transfer rounds than this latest one - and I'm now pregnant with twins! As Daisy says, pretty much every single symptom you may experience over the 2WW is related to the progesterone and other medication you're taking. But it's really easy to overthink things and symptom spot - we've all been there!! Just try and keep busy and distracted. Good luck!! xx
