I hope you’re all well, we’ve made it though Monday! I’m on short protocol but my little follicles are taking their time to grow. I’m on day 11 today and feel awful! Nausea is through the roof. I have 8 follicles growing which is unheard of for me so could it just be that? The first few days of stimms I was feeling rough and thought I was out the other side of it. But I’m not. Has this happened to anyone else?

Good amount of follicles growing - well done . Hope your nausea settles soon meanwhile eat small , regular amount and make sure drinking enough fluids . If an issue mention to your clinic at next visit .Good luck with this treatment cycle
Hi I was 13 days simming on short protocol, they took time to grow but they never increased my dose. However my eggs were better quality then on my long protocol. My little girl is now 8 weeks old. Best of luck to you x
Did the short protocol twice and stimmed for 17 days each time - my follicles just took forever to respond and they had to keep increasing the doses. I was worried as I'd heard about 'over cooking' etc but got viable eggs from all the follicles that were big enough at trigger, and on second round all to blast. I have a 10 week old from that. Re the nausea, I actually felt ok on the stims meds but really rough on the oestrogen and progesterone for the FET so I think everyone responds differently to different meds. Hopefully it's short lived and you'll feel better after collection. Best of luck! ☘️
Ariel_the_mermaid thank you both! I’ve just had a scan and I’m stilll having to stimms! I have 2 follicles which are ready now or there’s 5 behind which we’ve decided to go with- did either of you have that? X
Yep, both rounds I had big lead follicles and more smaller that came through late and allowed to catch up - on the second round I had one especially big dominant follicle early on and they were worried it would be a cyst and lost, but it was fine.
