Since January 2022, I've noticed my periods have been going on for 2-3 Weeks, and I only have 1 week break. I have no pain and my flow isn't that heavy. My doctor has sent out for a scan for the second time, My iron levels was 14, and been taking iron tablets and feel better and no clotting since. Has anyone had this problem before long periods and no pain?

It could be endometriosis. One of my friend had heavy periods, with spotting between periods. She took herbal medicine Fuyan Pill and got much better now. You can have a try.
