I got a positive test on the 13th of this month after IUI and started to bleed on the 18th and I am now testing negative.. I believe it was a chemical pregnancy with it been week 4-5.
I am doing IUI with donor sperm.. I’ve updated the clinic but still not had a call back.
Do I class the bleed as the start of my new cycle? And can I go through IUI this month?
I feel ready to go again as I don’t want to waste time as I’m 39 and not getting any younger?
Has anyone been through this and completed IUI again straight away or is it best to wait until my next cycle?
Thank you in advance for advice/replying.

It depends on your clinic hun, I had back to back Ivf last year, when I had my chemical I started meds again that same month but i was long protocol. Good luck xx
Thanks for replying.. they have left the choice to me as at first said the bleed didn’t count as a period.. but then said wait 28 days after that for my next? Going to have a think overnight.
I'm sorry that happened - I've had that twice and it's crushing. Don't know about IUI but my private clinic were happy for me to start FET meds on my next natural period after the withdrawal bleed. My NHS clinic that I was with previously wanted me to wait an extra natural period so that I'd have at least two months in between. So it depends on your clinic and also whether you are ready physically (need to ensure it's all gone and not ectopic) and mentally. I did ovulate after the withdrawal bleeds and on time so I suppose technically I could have done the FET from that, but I think the clinics prefer you to wait so that there is less risk of complications and they are more certain of timing.
Thank you for the reply.. sorry you had to go through that twice. They are refusing to scan me to make sure everything’s gone because I’m testing negative already. I’ve got the option to pay for ovulation monitoring this period to see if I’m ovulating and was thinking at least that’s a scan and they’d surely see if everything is ok. It’s just really expensive at £420.. but at least I’d have the option to know if it’s worth doing this month or not? Just so hard to know what to do for the best.
On my second one my GP did HCG blood tests to make sure it was below 5 as that means it's definitely gone but I don't think it's necessary - it was just as it was taking a long time for the HCG to go down on that one - some of the urine sticks are so sensitive if you're negative on those it's probably fine. For checking ovulation I just used the at home tests sticks as my cycles are pretty regular and they've been reliable in the past. So depends if they're an reliable option for you as know they're not the best for everyone. x
