Cramping from 9dp5td - Think I'm out again 😭😭

It's now 10dp5dt - I promised myself I wouldn't go down a rabbit hole during my 2ww, and yet here I am, in a demogorgan-sized hole, compulsively looking for reassurance that the strong AF cramps Ive had for the last two days dont mean I'm out. I've cramped constantly since transfer but these ones are strong.

I've no other symptoms except my usual period pains and back/hip pain. It's the same as what happened last time on 11dp3dt. I'm on constant flipping knicker watch for the bleeding to start but it hasn't come yet!

Driving myself crazy is what I'm doing!

I've managed to resist testing so far but I did go out and buy a first response yesterday because if I do start to spot or bleed, im definitely testing early this time rather than leave it for days and pin hopes on it changing.

Anyone any words of wisdom or reassurance?

Ps the jigsaw puzzle is going well. It's alot more difficult than I thought it would be and is helping me put the time in! 😍

Love to you all

Joey x

I just want to say I had period like cramps with my now 3 year old daughter who I conceived naturally after 3 endo surgeries and a 7 year struggle . I was so sure it was my period coming! I was that convinced I made my husband look at the test as I was too scared to! With my other daughter no symptoms either. 4 weeks is very early to have any symptoms . Most women not trying wouldn't suspect a pregnancy until missed period about 5 weeks or more. Symptoms come later. Sadly pms va early pregnancy are very similar I. I couldnt tell the difference ( I've had 6 pregnancies with my husband but only 2 live children ) it's is another cruel twist on this awful journey. Good luck I hope your cramps are implantation Xx

Hi lovely. Ugh so stressful! Particularly the constant checking for blood 😩. Cracked me up that you called it knicker watch!

I had really bad pre-period symptoms, particularly cramping and back pain, right before testing and was sure it was all over but I think it was just something to do with implantation. I honestly think it could be either and it’s so hard to tell!

You could probably test today and get an accurate result if you just want to get it over with? My clinic’s official test day is 10dp5dt.

Hugs xxx

Haha I cracked myself up with that one too!

Ugh I know I could test but I'm scared to, I don't want to end the hope! I can't bear to tell my husband its a negative again.

Thanks for the reassurance tho. I just want wake up and it's Monday already 😭😭😭😭😭

How's the bump coming along? Xx

Yea, I can totally understand the reluctance to test. It’s such a mind trip isn’t it?

I’ll have my fingers and toes crossed for Monday. So hoping this is your time!🀞🏻🀞🏻🀞🏻

All going well with me, thanks apart from the odd freak out! I’m somehow 17 weeks today 😳

Hi Joey. Oh Dear! Just keep busy and keep up with any orescrubed medicatin. Paracetamol is safe to take, but no anti inflammatories such as ibuprofen. Test on the correct day and good luck! Diane

I’m afraid I don’t have any wisdom but just wanted to say good luck and I really hope it’s implantation cramps. Fingers crossed for good news on Monday xx

Thanks so much! I hope it is that as well, or if not, just a reaction to the drugs x

Have you tested? With my FET I had 0 symptoms until 9pt night when I had so many cramps during the night and that made me test in the morning at 10pt, it was positive! Best of luck xxx

That's good to hear! Thank you!

No I haven't tested yet as I'm too scared to see the result lol I will have to find out sometime πŸ˜‚ cramps aren't just as intense but still definitely there and just a constant ache now 😭

I had quite bad lower back pain throughout my 2ww with my latest FET - I was convinced it was going to be bad news but currently 17 weeks pregnant with my second IVF baby! I know how hard it is to stay positive when you have AF symptoms but until that test says otherwise there is a really good chance that the symptoms you have are good signs! Sending good luck and positive vibes for test day! ☺️

The stress of it is shocking. Even though I've been here before, the 2ww is just a vortex! Thank you for keeping my head on straight xxx

My daughter (I'm nanny supporting you guys) cramped so bad .Floods of tears every day massive over stim and bloating.

Now we have gorgeous Reuben born 14/4/21

Just relax and take it a day at a time.

Could be implantation pains.

Full of hope for you xxxx

Cramps are definitely no bad sign with my first pregnancy I had the absolute worst cramps even post positive pregnancy test, I even went to the fertility clinic to tell them and they said it was a good sign and not too worry, all the very best of luck xx

Joeysjourneyβ€’ in reply toStar241

Aw really? That is great. I think it's just cause I had other AF symptoms that I usually get too, that's what sent me I to a tailspin. No bleeding yet tho so not sure what's happened. The cramping is still there but not as strong now x

How you getting on? X

Joeysjourneyβ€’ in reply toRainbowbaby22

Still avoiding testing lol πŸ™ˆπŸ˜‚ cramping still there but not as strong and no bleeding yet. So at least I got further than last time where I bled from 11d. Although I am on progynova this time which I wasn't last time so that could be keeping my period at bay? I dunno, bloods tomorrow and results not till Tuesday 😭😭😭
