Lubion and Cyclogest

When you take lubion and cyclogest how do you space them out? Is it ok to take lubion and cyclogest together in the morning and then the second cyclogest in the evening? Or should I spread it out more? The clinic didn’t give me any guidance…

Hi lovely. I’m taking both in the evening at the same time. My clinic advised that it’s best to do the Lubion in the evening as it provides progesterone cover overnight. I’m not sure it really matters though. I hope you are surviving your 2WW, I’m only one day in and I can tell it’s going to drag. Wishing you tonnes of luck xxx

I’m due to have my FET next Wednesday so tomorrow is my first day with the cyclogest and progesterone. It’s my second FET and I did it this way last time, but it didn’t work and I’m second guessing myself! Sending you lots of luck xx

I was a little different to you I did mine 12 hours apart...but I was on 2 lubion and 2 cyclogest. I think thr key is to be consistent so your body is getting the meds regularly! Good luck.xx

My clinic didn't give me any guidance and because of work and general disorganisation I didn't have set times, just roughly one lubion/one pessary together in the morning, then pessaries sometime in the middle of the day and evening. When I got moved to two lubion a day I did the extra lubion at the same time as the evening pessary. But my timings varied a lot. There may be better ways of doing it but I figured my clinic would have told me if it was important (plus they were very relaxed when my meds were delivered late and I missed doses entirely, and they said it's about getting an average amount overall and that levels fluctuate a lot) so I just tried to space them out as best I could. That transfer was successful

Take them 12 hours apart. I had my lubion at 6am along with my prognova tablet then my prognova tablet at 12pm and my cyclogest at 6pm. They told me to do this and up to now it’s worked and I’m 3 weeks pregnant. Good luck !! Xx
