Hi,I always do it from the day of transfer. And essentially chop the pineapple into 5 pieces and eat one a day for 5 days.

A massive good luck for tomorrow! 🥳⭐️🌈

Thank you so much. I'd eat it at random times, when I remembered! But the main thing I did was relax and watch funny things on TV so I was as happy as possible! Oh I also didn't eat any red meat because I was told that could impact!?? I knownits probably old wives but I didn't get pregnant last summer and it worked when I did these things!

You've got this! Xx

I'd take recommendations to eat pineapple with a bit of scepticism. I think the theory is it thins the blood, but if you're clinic thinks that's helpful they will have you on aspirin.

I would be mindful of doing too much out of your normal routine, suddenly eating loads of pineapple will spike your blood sugar which is definitely not desirable.

Easier said than done.... but try and relax and trust your clinic. Good luck Xx

I went through 6 transfers (I have a daughter and currently pregnant) and I want to tell you that nothing you do, eat or drink will effect the outcome... If it's a good embryo it will implant. So just try to relax (I know very hard).

Wishing all the best!

(and climbing stairs is fine)
