Follicle count query

Had my scan Monday day 3 to look at starting stims for my 2nd cycle in my clinic. My dr said I only had 4 follicles which I was disappointed over and say to stay on DHEA scan next month see if there’s a increase as I’d probably only get 4 eggs. Yesterday (day 5) I paid for private scan who had a newer machine plus it was done by a sonographer who in my opinion knows more thst the dr as that’s their skill and I had 16 follicles. Obv some small but surely 2 days would not see 12 follicles grow. X
