Hi,

Is there anyone else on the LOCI trial? I’m on month 2 but not successful so far!

Hi, I’m on the LOCI trial, after 5 years of trying, 2 miscarriages and finally a diagnosis of PCOS I was offered the LOCI trial. I miraculously got pregnant first month, hoping that this pregnancy goes smoothly. I did do some ovulation testing when I started the trial but never got a positive result my nurse said she’s never had a positive result with the strips even though she knows she’s ovulated because of the bloods. Ovulation testing stressed me out a bit but I didn’t do it every day. Fingers crossed the trial works for you and hopefully lots of other women.

Hi! I am on my second month of the LOCI trial. The first month was unsuccessful as I didn't ovulate at all. HOPING there is some good news before the trial is up.

How are you feeling on the medication?

I also notice your original post is from two months ago but I have only just come across this website.

Hi! So glad to hear from someone else who’s on the Loci trial, I’ve not come across many people who are on the trial on forums.

I didn’t ovulate until month 3, got high results for the day 21 bloods but didn’t end in a pregnancy and got my period on day 31.

I’ve just started cycle 4.

I’ve had no symptoms on any of the meds at all, what about you?

Me too! I know, there's not a lot of chat about the LOCI trial but glad to finally come across someone else.

That's good that the meds are working and hope it works out for you soon.

Yeah, I've had symptoms - hot flushes & sweats at night, I have noticed I am moody & very emotional when I am on my period and taking the letrozole / clomiphene.

Did you have to increase your meds since you didn't ovulate? Have you been tracking ovulation via home tests as well? I bought some but not sure if it will cause me even more stress!
