Am so sorry for all the pain you are going through, I have adenomyosis very severe and my AMH was 1.2 when I had my daughter I was 39.5 years old and had 5 Egg retrieval in total and 6 transfer so to your questions yes it is possible to have a baby but it can be a little bit difficult don’t give up wishing you all the best

I did my ivf in a private clinic in Belgium I was put on artificial menopause for 3 months to suppress the adenomyosis before I did the ivf in 2018 I only had 3 of Embrayo of day 3. your AMH is still good so you can still get good quality eggs

Heya, I’m so sorry you’re having a difficult time. I also have stage 4 endo and had one laparoscopy in 2020 and another in 2021. I had a daughter in 2017 without knowing I even had endo. I have been trying for a second for a few years now. I’ve had one round of IVF. First fresh transfer failed and second frozen transfer worked but sadly ended in miscarriage at 7 weeks. I’m going to start another round in June. There are some tests you could potentially ask for. These are ERA/EMMA/ALICE tests. They are all slightly different but worth looking up. Sometimes the first round is to see how you respond so you might be able to change some things to try and get more/better quality eggs. I felt that my first round didn’t work due to severe inflammation from the medication. They have said that I can freeze all next time if I want to. I’ve also just had the ALICE/EMMA test but haven’t got the results yet. I’ve also done acupuncture which I intend to do again and I’m also on an anti inflammatory diet. Let me know if you have any other questions. I’m still fairly new to IVF but there are others that might have further advice. Wishing you loads of luck xx

Hi. The first cycle is always a bit of a test… you learn more with each cycle. Definitely go for another consultation and see what they recommend. I have a similar profile, see if my profile helps as an indication? I’m not near Glasgow so can’t really recommend a clinic…

Hi there, don’t give up it is possible. I’m sorry you are going through this. I have stage 4 endo, had one Fallopian tube removed, lap in October 2019, failed cycle in December 2019, second cycle successful in March 2020. I think my AMH was something crazy like .4 . Both cycles produced 3-4 eggs, two fertilized and both were transferred each time (none leftover to freeze). I am however in the US so I don’t have any clinics to recommend. I hope you get your beautiful baby soon ❤️

Hi I’m so sorry for your struggles. It is possible. I had severe endo removed in 2020, feel free to read my previous posted comments but we got pregnant with ivf one try, one embryo. It is possible. Dii ok but give up just yet they had to change my medication a lot as I didn’t reapond as well as they wanted etc but we are currently pregnant. It can happen.

Sorry no advice on clinics but pls try and keep the faith lots of luck xxx
