Please can anyone offer any advice? I’m pretty sure I’m early stages of the menopause, (constant tiredness/weight gain/brown spotting - the joys of being a woman 🙄). I was planning on starting a natural round with my one and only frostie next month - would natural still be possible?
And yes I know the sensible thing to would be contact the hospital with concerns but wanted your advise first! Thank you xx
If you are spotting or irregular with period timings I would defo discuss with your clinic if a constructed medicated cycle might be better as I think natural FET has the best chances of you are pretty regular and even if it’s not pre menopause shedding some lining mid cycle might not be what they want. I think it’s GP though for tests of menopause more generally to get you some answers on that front as well xx
