I wondered what we can do to change. The embryos are good quality pgs tested .
I am on aspirin 100, clexane 20, steroid prednisona 60 then down to 10 on day of transfer, prolutex 25 twice daily
Lining was 9.something.
I feel like they start to implant and then my body rejects it or something.
I’ve heard of people having infections in the womb that they don’t know about how do u test for this?
I’ve heard of others having problems with nk cells?
I only have one good and one ok looking embryo left (it’s pgs test was inconclusive) and really don’t want to just bung them back in without finding out what’s going wrong.
Any suggestions? Doctor doesn’t think I need era as it is implanting xxx

Hey hun I'm really sorry for all you are going through ❤️ Sending you the biggest hugs ❤️❤️❤️I've had so far some recurrent miscarriage investigation which as far as I'm concerned included tests such as Lupus and antibodies, tests to check for blood clotting disorder, here in Turkey we had some genetic tests done too.
Maybe try and speak to your GP for a referral to your local recurrent miscarriage clinic for those tests xxxx
Hi love, this is so tricky for you. I'm so sorry as it sounds like you're trying all the right things. I saw a fertility nutritionist who had me do a vaginal microbiome test? That looks at the level of good and bad bacteria (plus spots any nasty infections) and is meant to reflect what is going on in the uterus itself without a biopsy. Plus she was just quite reassuring and looked at things holistically. PM me if you'd like the name. xx
Hi Boo, I’m so sorry to hear your news. You’ve put your finger on the two things I would have wondered about - an infection or immune issues. I don’t know a lot about testing for infection, but I was on immune treatment myself (Hydroxychloroquine, mesima mushrooms, intralipid drips) for my cycle that worked. It started with a uterine biopsy which was sent to lab in Chicago. This showed high NK cells and high cytokines (jargon!) Not all fertility clinics have an immune expert on their staff, however, so it is worth researching who has a good reputation locally, or travelling further afield. PM me if you like. xx
I'm so sorry. I had my fingers crossed and was really hoping this transfer would be the one for you. ❤️
There are a few different ways to check for infection:
-Menstrual blood test: sounds creepy but is actually quite useful as it's a non-invasive way to see if you have any infections lurking in your uterus. A lot of traditional tests can only identify infections in the vagina and cervix. You order the kit online, collect the sample at home and ship it back: fertilysis.com/tests/female...
-Uterine biopsy tests: The EMMA test looks at the uterine microbiome and the ALICE test looks for uterine infections. The ALICE test would be similar to the menstrual blood test above except it requires a uterine biopsy. Some fertility clinics offer these tests.
-As Hoop123 mentioned, there are vaginal microbiome tests you can do as well. These would be similar to the EMMA test above. My nutritionist suggested this one: (invivohealthcare.com/produc.... The only downside is that you need a practitioner to order it for you.
You’ve been through so much-I am so sorry. You sound amazingly strong!!
I did all you listed below, but in addition I had an ERA test along with a endometrium biopsy for histological analysis purposes…. it is the same process really .. (both need a biopsy), The ERA showed that I was pre-receptive when embryo was transferred on day 5 so I was on an extra day of progesterone and transfer was done in day 6. The histological analysis showed no elevated white blood cells and no infections so that could be ruled out. My clinic were not great supporters of ERA- my doc said that he supports the theory behind the test but not the actual test itself… but this was the first BFP I got after 5 years IVF and using perfect donor eggs no less. The biopsy also provided a scrape..which previously showed to improve pregnancy rates- but which in a recent large study showed not to be effective. But.. I felt that if it doesn’t harm then I might as well try it.
Also drank 1 matcha tea each day till day b4 ET.. (I’ve read that matcha inhibits the absorption in Folic acid, so stopped before RT for that reason) took my endometrium from the normal 8-9 to around 12. Added 2 sessions of acupuncture and I could feel that my body was somehow more ready than at previous times.
Good luck and please let us know how you get on xx
Hello hun, as others have mentioned, the thing that made the difference for me (after repeated implantation failure and chemical pregnancy) was seeing a specialist for uterine NK cell testing and then asking my clinic to follow their protocol. I would recommend the experts at the research project run jointly by Warwick University and Coventry Hospital (Tommy's are also involved with this project). Very best of luck.
