I’ve started bleeding today on day 8 after 5 day transfer. I’m heartbroken. I know some get a BFP with bleeding but I just feel like it’s all over already.
Sorry for TMI but the blood is watery plus some red blood but lots of it! I had slight cramps this morning. I’ve also tested and it’s negative. It’s too late to be implantation bleeding.
Is there any positive stories out there for this type of bleeding + negative test on day 8?

Hello, I’m really sorry to hear this. I was in your shoes a few weeks ago, was in complete shock when I started bleeding 7 days post transfer which quickly looked like a period. It was a drop in progesterone (sounds like the same issue with you) and in my case couldn’t be salvaged and was a negative outcome. Nonetheless I’ve seen positive stories here so I’d wait until your OTD to confirm either way. Best of luck xx
Really sorry to hear it, I know how you feel. I requested a lot more progesterone for my next round in April and have requested progesterone testing as well. It’s frustrating that they don’t do this as a standard but at least you have a reason to demand more progesterone should this not work out. Sending you lots of positive thoughts xx
Hello I am sorry I dont actually have any know anything about it I’m afraid - what day are you meant to test? But I just wanted to send you a hug as I know how hard the post transfer days are.
So sorry to hear this ❤️ it's best to let your clinic know in case they want to up your progesterone or something. When's you OTD? I started bleeding early after my first transfer and my clinic put it down to not enough progesterone 😔 defo speak to them xxx
Thanks. They just said to carry on with the Crinone til OTD which is difficult when bleeding. OTD is 15th. I’m fully bleeding now and it’s definitely AF.
