Bled when wiped at 7dt 5dt - help!

Hi, i had two embryos transferred 8 days ago. Last night i went to the toilet, wiped and it was brown, went back again and wiped and got darkish red blood. It was only once and stopped after that. Just a tiny bit of brown again this morning.

I'm so worried, does this mean my period is coming and i haven't even made it to test day? I had no cramps when it happened either. My boobs are no longer sore so worried i'm out.

I'm on x1 25mg of Lubion per day - worried that's not enough. I was previously on x3 pessaries per day and never bled in tww.

This is the first time of a double transfer also don't know if that makes a difference?

I had this with a double transfer also, turned out good news for me was implantation bleeding I did have a positive, is it only when you wipe? Not on your underwear? Xx

Thanks Daisy, yeah it was only when I wiped? Just the once with the red-ish blood. Think I’m more worried as I don’t have many other symptoms.

I was thinking could it mean one embryo is working and another isn’t?

Who knows my head is all over the place xx

I did reply but it seems to have disappeared 😩 well my viability scan I had 2 sacs so both had attached to my womb but only 1 baby kept growing, I’m now 18 weeks I tested early tho as I couldn’t help it as same happened my first transfer but it was more pink and blood and turned into full flow by day 7 for me but this one seemed to stop at just brown when wiping but panicked tested had a positive and continued to get stronger xx

I can still see your original reply 🙂 My last successful transfer i had no bleed at all, so this is new to me. I could do a test i have one digital one in the house but i'm terrified to get a negative. Thank you for your replies, they keep me sane to know i'm not alone xx

I didn’t do a digital as was petrified of seeing not pregnant and I done it so early I was so scared but due to our last one having the early bleed I caved and tested as thought the same was happening but to my surprise positive on the clear blue but not a digital one, this is my second baby also but my previous baby isn’t ivf so I was so new to all this! It’s no problem I’m here for you anytime all the best I got everything crossed for you please keep me posted xxx

Hi.Might be worth asking your clinic if you should up the progesterone? 1 injection only seems a little unusual, often a combination of injections + pessaries are used.

That’s what I thought, I’ve seen people on here do 2 lubion or lubion plus pessaries. I’ve asked a couple of times and they’re telling me it’s more than enough. And they don’t want to give me more as too much has links with autism. I just hope they’re right on the amount.

Never heard about a link with autism either. I was told progesterone is very non obtrusive and you can’t do much harm taking it

It could be implantation bleeding. It’s not too late I don’t think for that

Hi try not to fret even though it is so hard!! I had this for 4 weeks with my little girl and it’s petrifying! But it was just implantation bleeding. Sometimes dark then a bit more red in colour! ♥️♥️ Xx

Thanks! I really hope that is the case, i think it's that combined with my loss of other symptoms is scaring me. Trying to remain hopeful. xxx

Absolutely and that’s the worst. But don’t forget lack of symptoms means absolutely nothing. It can be a good thing!! It’s the most torturous wait in the world. Wishing you so much luck sweetie hang in there ♥️ Xx
