I’m started my estrogen patches last Sunday and one estrogen tablet a day in preparation for my FET cycle. In the past I’ve been on 6 prognova tablets a day as my linning has been slow/stubborn to build up. I’ve just looked at my meds tonight and I’ve made a mega mistake. I should have been taking 1 tablet 3 times a day!! 🤦♀️I can’t believe I’ve done this! I don’t know why I thought it was one tablet a day?! I think I got so hung up in making sure I did the patches right as never had them before and I was so excited to be accepted that I some how overlooked the info on the packet.
I’m due to go for my scan this Thursday to see if the linning is thick enough. I’m pretty sure it won’t be now as I’ve missed 12 tablets!! 😭 anyone else ever done anything similar and if so did the hospital keep you on estrogen longer and push your transfer back? I could literally kick myself for being so stupid!!!

Oh love. Try not to worry, it is what it is now. It's very easy to make mistakes, there's so much going on. Obviously talk to the consultant tomorrow and I'm sure they'll tell you to keep taking the 3 (might even ask you to take more) and see what's happening on your scan. But if it isn't thick enough then I'm sure you can go again next month xx
And who knows, the combo of 3 tablets a day from now with the patches might be enough to thicken it anyway 😘 Nothing you can do to change it now so don't beat yourself up xx
