5 weeks 4/5 days scan

Hi everyone! I hope you can help me. On Monday I had my first scan (IVF - 6 day Fresh Transfer) and saw a perfectly centered and implanted gestational sac and a dot inside. As such point I was so nervous (had pink spotting the night before) and didn’t ask questions. Doctor solid everything was fine. Now I don’t know why I didn’t ask for the yolk sac!! I’ve been reading a lot and seen some scans. May that point be my yolk sac or little embryo? Is everything fine at this point? Will come back on the 5th for a scan! Thanks a lot!

It’s probably too early for them to see anything. I think the dot could be the embryo - thing is you wouldn’t have one without the other so the fact you can see the dot - all is good. You’ll see a lot more on a 7-8 weeks scan 🤞
