2 days after transfer and cramping

Hi, I had my transfer 2 days ago and have been having period cramps for the passed 6 hours or so, anxiety is through the roof! If it wasn’t going to work this wouldn’t be my period coming already would it? X

Hi 👋 try and relax. This is the hardest bit. I know it’s hard but you have to try not worry to much about everything you feel. I had cramps all the way after transfer with both my transfers and one resulted in my baby boy and sadly just recently a negative outcome. I think cramping can just happen regardless. It doesn’t mean it’s your period and your out. 🤞 keeping everything crossed for you xxx 😘

Hi Vicky. Please don’t worry, the progesterone does funny things to you during the TWW. I had cramping from embryo transfer until a couple of days before testing, was convinced I was out but got our BFP. Hang on in there and try not to symptom spot - I know it’s practically impossible but you’ll feel all the better if you can relax a little xx

Hi Vicky. Make sure you're not constipated, as poo passing sore ovaries can "ouch"! Plenty of water to drink to keep urine clear, and take some paracetamol unless something else has been prescribed. No anti inflammatories such as ibuprofen. Hope it soon settles. Diane
