5dp5dt … tempted to test…

Hello all…

So, I’m now 5dp5dt - I think. My transfer was last Monday. My official test day isn’t until Thursday but I’m really feeling like AF is on her way and feel like I just need to know! I’ve never tested early before but I’m really struggling this time. I had an ‘8 clicks’ ovitrelle shot after my transfer though so I’m worried that could still give a false result?

Does anyone have any advice?

AF isn’t due until Monday / Tuesday but I’ve had quite severe cramps and I’m not on any medication… xx

Ohhhhh hold out a little longer! I tested early at 7dp5dt and that was because my af was due within 2days (shorter cycles) I was 99% convinced it was coming. But it wasn’t 😁 Another reason is you don’t want a squinter and worry further! Keep the excitement over worry 💕 loads of luck🤞🏼🙏🏼Xx

You’re right about a ‘squinter’ that would properly drive me mad… 😵‍💫

I’m trying to stay positive but it feels so much harder this time and I’m not sure why! xx

It’s hard but I do say wait. Like you say the otriville could give false results. Also the cramps could be implantation and the embryo bedding in. But it’s impossible to know if it’s the progesterone also. Hang tight, you’re nearly there.

I’m the same, starting to think I’m waiting for the inevitable BFN, I’ve got aChristening now which will be hard 🙈 but I just try to keep thinking some people don’t have any symptoms, so hopefully that’s me…my Test day isnt until Saturday x

Good luck for Saturday! You’re right about some people having no symptoms! 🤞🏻🤞🏻 xx

It's so hard to hold out, but I really would if you can. If you get a line it could onky be faint at this stage, and then you won't know if it's the trigger fading or from it implanting. Either way you will need to test again in a few days and be dying for it to be stronger. And then it might not if it was the trigger, so there really is no good outcome yet. If it does get stronger in a few days then it will still be there in a few days. Hold out if you can!
