Yes it is typically recommended to improve sperm. It was recommended by my clinic for my husband but we opted for proxeed in the end. Both impryl and proxeed work, if you search the forum for either you will see lots of feedback xxx
Yes our clinic recommend it for us. We took it for about 4 months prior to egg/sperm collection. Unsure whether it improved anything for me but my husband's sperm motility went from 44% to 70%. However his morphology stayed at 3% which is what we were trying to improve!
