Hoping someone can help. I do have shorter cycles usually about 26days but the last 3 have been 24days. I ovulate cd11/12. I have phoned up the clinic today with cd1 to start a natural modified fet. I’ve told them I concerned about not having long enough in between transfer and af starting! This happened on a fresh cycle I had a positive test and bled the day after way to soon! Any advice what I can ask the clinic? What I can ask them to do that may have worked for you? Or what you think they will try?
She said she will speak with my doctor and ring back in the next 2 days……
Thinking extra progesterone or switching to injections???

I have shorter cycles (Varies from 22 days to 27 days) and I chose to do a medicated FET for the exact reasons you’ve said above. I would have stressed too much that it would have been one of my shorter months and my luteal phase wouldn’t be long enough so for me, a medicated cycle meant I felt more in control!
Sorry that isn’t probably that helpful! I would guess that adding progesterone would extend your luteal phase to give you a buffer though? You still have plenty of time for that to be added as you would start those for a little while yet x
Thanks lovely 💕 I did mention it our consult but never got an answer. I am glad you went for what you thought was right for you! It is as you say not getting long enough between transfer and AF so haven’t as much time to get all snugged in before AF comes and ruins the chance 😩 fingers crossed he has a plan of action xx 😘
Hi Fudge. Oh dear, I think this is a case of giving you the right medication, perhaps starting on Day 1 of your cycle, rather than waiting until Day20/21. As you say, your specialist will have a plan, so fingers crossed all works out and they can create time for your lining to build up. Good luck! Diane
