I'm just doing a mock cycle with an ERA test, and it's been a modified national cycle (so natural but with a trigger shot and Progesterone support).
I'm hoping to do a FET next cycle, and so want to try and keep my cycle rhythm as 'normal' as possible. I'm wondering when to stop Progesterone so that I will bleed as normal around day 29.
Any experience gratefully received.

I was in the same situation as I wanted to go straight in to FET after my ERA so was desperate to stop the progesterone and have a bleed. They wanted me to carry on for 10 days for unknown reasons but I protested and stopped after 5…Then was able to transfer the following cycle xx
I only took one day progesteron after biopsy was done for ERA test as advised by my doctor. There is no need in taking progesteron after the test, it is only waste of money and medications. I had FET with the next cycle. You will have to go with what your clinic is advising you but ask them why they are doing this as there's no need.
Thank you, to be honest my clinic are super vague, and not very experienced with doing the ERA test - it's so helpful to have you guys to sound things out with
Sorry silly question, do you mean you literally transferred the next month (so for me that would be November)? That's what I'm hoping to do, as apparently the ERA can also act as a 'scratch' if you transfer right away.Thank you so much for your help.
Biopsy was done on first week of September and October 26 I had the embryo transfer. My clinic always puts you on down regulations to control better your cycle, that is the reason for taking about 2 months, so for me was like next cycle as I was constantly on medications.
