Any one have a transfer with a 6 cell embryo on day 3 and successfully get pregnant? I’m second guessing everything and I’m only 2dt3dt , I fell pregnant with a day 3 transfer before but had an early miscarriage. This time around I’m just so anxious about the cell count being on the lower side .

Hello dear, I am from Eastern Europe. I started my journey here in Ukraine. I just started 2ww. This was our 1st attempt at ICSI. Our 1st cycle resulted in 7 eggs retrieved but only 4 were mature and out of that only 2 fertilised normally. I couldn't wait until day 5 again as I felt I wanted to give our embies a chance being back where they belong and wasn't willing to risk them not making it to day 5 in the lab. So yesterday they transferred 2 6 cell embryos with some fragmentation. The embryologist said they were medium quality embryos. I was wondering if anyone has had success with a 6 cell 3dt? I think I am more nervous because the 5 cell embryo from our 2 cycle didn't make it past day 3 so I am afraid it will be a similar story for these 6 cell embryos this very first time.our background is I have low amh and autoimmune issues. All DH tests have come back ok. We have never had a BFP and have been ttc for 2 1/2 year.
It’s so hard isn’t is . Hopefully this will be our time . I’ve seen a few trends with successful pregnancy from a 6 cell embryo so I’m going to stay positive from now on . This tww is going to be hard .
Hi Manila. All I can say, is that when i first started in this business, we only did Day 2 or 3 transfers as we didn't have the expertise to grow embryos to Day 5. We still got plenty of babies, so fingers crossed you can join the list. Diane
