This is my final try. I have a grade B DE embyro to transfer. I got my period 20th Aug, i have started on a natural cycle and I have had one scan and another between day 9 -12, and an injection if needed and then progesterone after that and then once ovulation starts I have to travel to spain 7 day after this happens. I found in my 2 failed transfers it was all medication. Both times i was very stressed. My question is, has anyone done this type of natural cycle, how did it go and how do I help with stress before transfer and after? For grade b is this good?
They are doing embryo glue and Assisted Hatching will this help for my final try.
Ladies any help would be appreciated 🙏.
Thanks

Hi there. I'm afraid I have no advice as I am heading towards a similar situation (1 last DE embryo waiting in Spain). I'm going to have ERA/EMMA/ALICE tests or equivalent and a hysteroscopy to see what might could be changed to encourage implantation. Plus my dr has agreed aspirin and steriods could be added to my protocol for the next transfer. I'll be interested to read replies you get from more knowledgeable people. Good luck though. Xx
Hi there - sorry I'm only just replying. I find I have to take time away from the forum every so often. I haven't actually been prescribed aspirin yet so I can't answer your questions unfortunately. It will be an aid against coagulation. I'm still waiting to go and have the tests I mentioned, and the results will inform the next protocol moving forward. Good luck with everything. X
Have you tried an mindfulness app - that might be helpful Also try to keep yourself busy - get a couple of good books - new tunes on your phone anything to keep you distracted during your journey Thinking of you
