I’m so sorry you’re worrying like this. The TWW is terrible!! You are definitely NOT out. Every tiny niggle is magnified during the TWW and your nervous brain turns into a symptom of failure or success. It’s because we have no control or way to know, and that drives all humans crazy.
I honestly think it means nothing. Are you on a lot of hormones? A lot of women have cramps and pain and go on to have a BFP, and an equal number of women with cramping go on to have a BFN.
This is my ‘non-doctor’ thoughts on it. The high level of artificial hormones you are taking (if you are doing a medicated cycle) cause your body to start acting like it is pregnant. This means your uterus starts preparing and changing, which causes cramping. It is definitely not a sign that it is negative, because pregnancy and period cramps are pretty much the same, by all accounts. It’s the same muscle that spasms, so it makes sense that they feel the same.
I got popping, pulling and cramping the entire first week after both my fresh and frozen transfer. I think this is very common after transfer, regardless of whether you get a positive or not.
This definitely does not mean you are out. Try to look after yourself for the remaining days. Sending you lots of luck and wishing you the best. xx
