Bleeding post pregesterone pessaries?

Hi guys, abit concerned today looking for some reassurance if anyone has experienced this.

I stopped pregesgerone pessaries 6 days ago, had a period the following day, stopped period 2 days ago, then today had intercourse for the first time since failed embryo transfer/ ivf cycle, and have bled as heavy as a period straight after.

I never normally bleed after sex and its worried me abit.

Wondering if this could be from the pessaries or maybe trauma? 🤔 I'm gonna call the call the clinic tomorrow and ask.

I haven't come across this I'm afraid, but it's definitely something you need your doctor to check out for you Lovely, so I'm glad you're calling the clinic. I can completely understand why you're worried! xx
